they are doomed to destruction forever;

⁹ For behold, your enemies, O Lord,
    for behold, your enemies shall perish;
    all evildoers shall be ^(A)scattered.

⁴ They pour out their ^(A)arrogant words;
    all ^(B)the evildoers boast.
